I had not been here in years, but because it had a Pottery Barn, and a Restoration Hardware - we went straight in! Tons of shoppers buying. I got lots of ideas!

This is the place to stop for a handful of great dining choices and a few boutique clothing and higher end retailers like LOccitane, Restoration Hardware, a large Pottery Barn, Fawbushs, a Peoples Organic coffee and eatery, etc. This walk-through is small and manageable. Clean and quiet, again, upscale more-so, so this isn't your every day mall. Within a few blocks you can also take in the enormous Southdale mall that has all of your favorites and a pleasant, clean, and great shopping atmosphere as well. This mall is huge.Within a few miles you can go to Mall of America, so if you are coming to shop Minnesota you have some of the best places covered. If you are from outside of Minnesota, note that there is great boutique shopping all around the state, see Stillwater by the river, Excelsior, Edina at 50th & France (again this is very close to the Galleria), Nisswa and the Greater Baxter/Brainerd area, etc.

We frequent this mall as it isn't as big as the mammoth Mall of America or Southdale. They have many unique shops which tend to please the affluent women shopper. Don't let that comment scare you off as my dauther's favorite toy store is here and many great kitchen/houseware stores. Dining couldn't have better offerings in such a close proximity. Will be back again in a couple of weeks. Tip: if you get there early you can find covered parking.

Went to this mall for a few reasons, wasn't the Mall of America, has some kitchen stores, and has a Kate Spade store. Parking was easy and it's really an upscale mall. Besides the Kate Spade store that attracts my wife I was attracted to the Williams-Sonoma and the Crate & Barrel, both of which we don't have at home. It's right across the street from the Southdale Mall which has a PF Chang's and a Cheesecake Factory.
