A place to go for the kids. A lot of activities for the kids and a great hay ride. The slides, there are a number them, are fun. Many things to eat.

Concord Pit

A last minute decision for me to visit, and i booked online - real easy process (thank you!).We arrived fairly late and things were winding down, but still busy. The hayride (complete with zombie farm in the middle) was such a hoot and very well done. We loved the cornfield which was genuinely scary in places and again real fun - both took about 30 minutes each and much longer than we had anticipated = good value for money. The super stocked shop at the end was great. Thumbs up from me. I'm from the UK and couldn't believe how many pumpkins were on sale.

I had not been since I was a child, but took my niece here recently, and we both had a wonderful time! Lots of slides, pumpkins and the hay ride was great!

I was looking for some outing & one of my friends recommended me to go to Cox farms. Checked with other guys & got good positive feedback. So during one of the Sunny Saturday in Falls, I reached there about 15 min before the places opens. And surprised to get a parking almost at the end. Then another long wait to get the tickets. Was wondering is this the place to be in?? But once you are IN, the fun begins. I have 2 kids and they just went ballistic on seeing the huge slides, hay mountain, goat farm, corn maze, hayride etc etc. Even the kettle corn were too good to resist and to top up this with free apple cider & apples. This is simply unadulterated fun for the whole of family. By the time, we finished our whole of the items on offer, it was almost the time to go back. One of the best times we had at that place and waiting to go again next year when it opens. Final Verdict: Must visit to have a good day out...

I had heard wonderful things about this farm. We are from MD, but were visiting northern VA and we picked this farm as a place to stop. While walking through the parking lot, we saw license plates from all over....NY, NJ, MD, etc, so we knew this was a destination. It was HUGE and for a Sunday in October it was crazy busy, but my kids really enjoyed it. Everything about it was child friendly. They have playthings for them to climb on, many, many slides, a corn maze that is more tongue and cheek fun, a hayride, snacks (including apple cider donuts-yum!) and they included a small pumpkin with our $17 dollar admission. (It was less if it wasn't a peak weekend). Oh...and my kids loved the find a penny in the hay area... which lasted us quite a while!I would love to do this again, if there was a weekday that I could steal my kids out of school where the lines were more reasonable. My son and husband waited for 40 minutes for one slide! Overall though, it was a great fall farm experience.

My munchkin had a great time. I've taken her in past years but this is the first that she was able to really participate in the activities. She had a great time. We went twice this year. It is cheaper to go during the week. Fridays and the weekends are extremely crowded.

What a great time we had, three adults and four year old. Lots of animals, slides, hayride, corn maze and lots of little things in between. The staff is courteous and plentiful. We got there around 11am, perfect timing.

We've been going to Cox Farms for 15 years and the most impressive thing is that they are constantly changing and improving the festival. They come up with new slides or activities and the kids love to find out what's new and different each year. It doesn't matter how old your children are, they will find something fun to do (although teens will probably skip the daytime stuff and go for the Fields of Fear at night, there are plenty of them who still love the slides and rope swings!) The little ones can go on slides just their size and find pennies in a haystack or play on the wooden train, etc. The rope swings are for everyone and the slides are great for parents and kids alike. Having the pigs and rabbits, chicks and cows out is always a highlight for the kids. The goat village is perfect for most, but some little ones may get upset when the goats jump up or grab the cones of food, so be careful with little ones. The hayride may seem a little corny, but I find that almost every kid on the wagon is looking out for the silly scenes and finding new items and looking forward to clapping along with the song in the barn. I highly recommend this fall festival, as it has plenty to do and should keep everyone in the family happy and busy.

My Family visited Cox Farm this past Sunday close to Route 66. They have a friendly staff and plenty of free parking on site. It was a Sunday around noon when we came up to the farm and the traffic going In was backed up on the single lane road. Cox farm has plenty of slides for the all ages. They have beautiful Autumn displays for pictures and picnic tables to sit and eat. Free fresh apple cider and apples and the hay ride was our favorite part of the day. Remember to get the passport and stamp it on every attraction for free things on the way out through the store. You have a choice of a free pumpkin or plant also. The lines moved even though it was crowded. Cox farm was really lots of fun for our two grand-daughters aged 6 and 7 because of the slides and rope swings. We will go back again next fall.

The line for the zombie zoo hayride was about 40 minutes long. The hayride itself was fun! It's about a 20minute hayride with zombies along the way. The haunted conn maze was also scary yet fun. The makeup and decorations were great. There are other activities to do there. They sell yummy snacks including stuff for s'mores for the bonfire. They also have a fun slide. I highly recommend this farm. But dress warmly because it was already cold!!!!!

My fiance and I love animals! So, we make it a priority to visit Cox Farms whenever we can. It's nice seeing the goods they sell there: plants, produce, and other goods, but to be honest, we usually go there to see and feed the animals. It's definitely fun for kids and big kids like us. haha.

We've been going to Cox Fall festival for the past 3 years.Weekends are extremely crowded, so be prepared to wait in lines, or avoid weekends period, and go on a workday.Wagon ride while fun the first time, can be a bit long for the little kids.Customer service is hit or miss, festival is staffed largely by temporary teenage workforce. While the added more food concessions, overall slides/attractions stayed the same, and some show their age. This is obvious when going thru the cornfield maze area The pirate stop in the cornfield is outdated and needs a good amount of TLC.The new passport program is poorly executed, as there are only a handful of stamp stations, which creates long lines of kids trying to get those stamps.Ideal age for this festival is kids 2-7Anyone over that age will be bored fast.Enjoy some of the free apples and cider.

1st time visitor this past weekend w/ my 3yo & 16mo & we all had a blast. 1 day was not enough time to get through all the activities. The hayride was long & like a theatrical production-surprised us all! Free apples, apple cider & pumpkins. The dinosour slide was extra fun for the adults & the kettle corn & apple cider donuts where deelish! Pretty pricey but after enjoying the day there, it's actually worth it. It's obvious the entire farm is well conserved, each activity extensively planned & well thought of. We were truely surprised w/ all they have to offer & how large the festival was! Great for all age groups esp toddlers who can run free & fully enjoy each well decorated fun areas. We will def be back for sure!

Wow, this was so much fun. I normally do not get into this type of thing (i.e. being scared) but my fiancee got tickets and I am so glad she did. She was screaming almost the whole time and I was right there with her giggling up a storm. It was a pretty cold night to be out and about and the lines were pretty long, but it was completely worth the visit. Plus the hot apple cider and popcorn were a big help. We are definitely going back next year!!!
