the palace theatre

Palace offers interesting variety and shows and Stomp was excellent and lots of fun. Engaged and excited the audience. Sizeable theatre but feels intimate.

I visited the Palace Theater for a Holiday Concert with my mom and husband. The Palace was cozy and reminded me of days gone by. It was old, but not run down, it had a grand quality about it and made me feel that I was at a more formal concert! The staff was okay, a few who didn't quite know what they were doing, perhaps too young or new at their jobs. The seating was pleasant enough. The seats were a little small, but cushioned, so not as uncomfortable as they could have been. Even from the furthest seats my view of the band and perfomers was a good one. The only problem was that the group utilized a screen, akin to a movie screen, with visuals throughout their performance. We were not in the furthest back/highest seats, but we couldn't see the top of the screen. After intermission we moved about 8 rows ahead to some empty seats and were able to view the entire screen. Had they fully vetted the seats/views, they could have simply moved the screen down about 12 inches and everyone would've had a perfect view.

i saw the nutcracker suite there when i was a little girl. my gram bought me a eautiful dress and we sat in the front row alcony. when y life flashes before me one day it will surley be here

The symphony is excellent, the parking easy and there are many good restaurants for before or after. The conductor gives interviews with the soloists and comments on the pieces to be played. A wonderful Saturday night or Sunday afternoon treat.

I went there to see Jeff Dunham, it was my first visit to The Palace theatre.The seats are average, I'm a husky guy, the place is charming. Not too big and not too small.The sound was good and the visibility was great from everywhere that I could tell.Parking across the street is very convenient, it was only $3.00 to park for that show.They have a great comedy line up this year including Jay Leno and Bill Cosby !!!

outstanding place to see performers up closewe saw jerry seinfeld and another comic.the other comic was just as funnyvery entertaining.easy to get to.
