称不上是大规模罗宾逊遗迹,但是这里有观水的视野,在那里,我们看到浅滩上的一只苍鹭和篦鹭,还有三个海豚在距我们大概30码远的地方活动。非常有趣,我们穿过一片红树林,看到大群的螃蟹,在你走上前的时候,飞奔进洞。大概可以走一个小时,就当是锻炼了。

Very few things beat the beauty of nature. I'm glad Florida has done a good job preserving parts of its beautiful coastline.

I love this little preserve. While everyone's across the street at the busy beaches this is a great place to see Florida nature at a quiet slower pace. If you're into birds, plants and animals this is a very nice little park. There are many separate little boardwalks that give great views of the water and put you deeper and deeper into the mangrove forests. The water under the boardwalks is shallow and very clear. You can see fish, crabs and snails. Inland there is nice scrub habitat and two look outs on a hill that give a great view of this small island. On this trip I saw some very nice birds like warblers, pelicans, egrets, terns and many more. There are many lovely plants too like all the mangrove trees, succulents and tall grasses. Every time I have visited there have been few people to which is nice. Just a beautiful place.

Located across Gulf Drive (bayside as in the name) from the main entrance to Coquina Beach with its own entrance and parking. This is a pleasant walk with several short trails and attractive boardwalks through some mangroves and along the bay with some enjoyable views of the bay and intracoastal waterway. We enjoy a morning walk here to start our day at the beach before crossing Gulf Drive to spend the day on Coquina Beach. For most a half-hour to an hour would be sufficient.

We biked down the island till we got here, then got on the sidewalk at this beach which went on for a long way. We could see the beach but pedaled in the shade of evergreen trees. We got to below the Longboat Key bridge where we could see people fishing, then continued on our way up the other side of the street. Many picnic tables and changing rooms and a snack bar are all along the way. Seems good for walking or biking.

Makes a great walk on a cloudy, cooler day - and for birders, well, expect to find some birds. An easy walk with a lot of boardwalks.

This boardwalk is a terrific way to spend a relaxing half hour or so on Anna Maria Island. You'll see birds (not that many), crabs and possibly dolphins out in the ICW waters.It's easy to find (east side of the island opposite Coquina Beach Cafe), there's free parking, no entry fee and wonderful views.

this is a nice little walk through the mangroves. We went on a sunny day but windy would be nice to go when the weather was a little warmer and take a lunch.

This is a great spot with lots of beach to walk, a little restaurant, bathrooms, and plenty of parking. The boardwalk is well-maintained and offers some lovely views along the way.

I discovered this beach at the southern part of Anna Maria Island and it's nice and secluded, yet very open. Great stretch of sand and the great powdery kind. Nice walking/biking path and nice stand of pines to block the beach from the road. Plenty of parking right off the road. I will definitely return there as much as I can.

We visited on December 27 2014 and it was a beautiful day. The wildlife was amazing and we saw swarms of fiddler crabs, black crabs in the trees, racoon prints, 20 or so buzzards and osprey catching fish. Keep left and make sure you go down each boardwalk to the water and you will end up at the hill. Go to the top for a great view and then keep left again for the car park. No signs nessesary.
