The walk up from the car park is steep but the view is stunning. The lighthouse keeper's cottages are available for overnight hire but are expensive. Beautiful views of the coastline around Smoky Cape.

The walk up is a little steep but the view is definitely worth the walk. Built in 1891, it is a beautiful building. The surrounding coastline is stunning.

This is a beautiful spot. It's worth the visit just for the view: stunning coastline in both directions. It's a very steep walk to the top, and our youngest child (age 5) struggled a bit, although it was also an extremely hot day. At the top, aside from the view and a closer look at the lighthouse, there isn't a lot there. I'd have enjoyed a peep inside or a bit more available information about the history and current use. I noticed tours were available, and we happened to be there at the appropriate time, but didn't see any staff around.

Definitely not a place to go if you're not mobile as there is quite a steep climb up to the top of the lighthouse. if you're able, it's worth the climb for great views up and down the coast.

Loved our overnight stay at the Heritage Guest House. Renee the Manager made our checkin enjoyable, she is so friendly and obliging. Loved the whole experience. Room originally booked quite small but quite adequate for an overnight stay. Received an upgrade which were very happy about and had a lovely upstairs front room with access to balcony. So enjoyed it. Everything was spotless bed was very comfortable. Whole experience lovely.

This place was exactly what i was looking for a special treat for myself and my lady companion,It was very quiet ,peaceful,extremely clean,relaxing, i can recommend the 4 posted king bed,as it felt like sleeping on feathers.The breakfast was so big we didn't bother about lunch. We had rain one night and just sat outside under the awning, after dinner, drinking champagne with strawberries and watching the soothing rain fall. We watched lots of whales play in very close for hours.You can take all your own food as there is a very big fridge and all the pots and pans are there to be used. We cooked one night and went into town, (15mins away ),the second night.A very romantic getaway to chill out and relax.

The fantastic views, the walking trails, the history of this area and the many kangaroos! :) We love coming here and never get tired of the views. The steep walk to the lighthouse can be a challenge for some people!!Sad to see graffiti in the old buildings. :(

Lighthouses always have an appeal and this is no exception - located in one of the better spots on the coast,, the view is worth the hike. Off the main freeway but worth a little diversion to enjoy the area.

Yes a steep walk but what brilliant views and what a lovely white beight lighthouse and keepers cottages all preserved so well.

Worth visiting great views of the area and really interesting. Loved the view from the top of the lighthouse.

The path up to the lighthouse is Very Steep - takes your breath, but once up the top and passed the 2 gorgeous B&B Cottages, the view is magnificent!

I drove to smoky Cape after running out of things to do. We arrived and were met with the most beautiful ocean views and stunning lighthouse. There are bbq's and picnic tables and you can rent out the lighthouse keepers cottages. There is also a walk down to the beach. I highly recommend a visit.

Great lookout spot looking down onto the beaches, you can actually stay here as there is b&b too. Wouldn't go on a windy day though!
