My husband and I are from Florida and after arriving at Breckenridge, we immediately felt the effects of the altitude. I thought this was a gimmick. It most certainly was not. We felt better instantly and were able to go rest after a 30min visit. The atmosphere is pleasant and though we felt silly having trouble, the person who waited on us was very helpful and didn't make us feel out of place.

You need oxygen at 10,000 feet - I found this place because a friend of mine was having serious altitude sickness. I wish I had gone my first few days to help my body adjust too.

Someone boasted how this totally helped their altitude sickness. We were skeptical but it mostly eliminated the headache my daughter had.

Nice, friendly staff. Husband had some ox, not sur it really helped him, i would say drink lots of water before going, while there also. The Oxygen is not pure, its mixed. Wasnt expensive so its worth a shot is you dont feel well.

Saw it but never thought we would need it. At 9600 foot elevation, yes, we got a small shortness of breath and minor headache. With a 15 minute session, we walked out feeling great. Young staff. Place was busy. You can keep your oxygen tube in case you need a return visit at a discount.

At 3000m the air is very thin and very dry in Beck. Science shows us there is up to 30% less available Oxygen at these altitudes, and the effect is profound. Not to worry, for $25 you can grab a half hour of O2 supplementation and a double espresso. The oxygen is drip fed through your nose and attaches itself to the HB in your blood, improving your total O2 carriage. It may not be an instant relief but it certainly helps. Some folk, puffing and wheezing and looking pretty pallid, said it was too pricey. I had to laugh! "Same as someone refusing your water in a desert" I said the servers. Touche. if you feel bad, go there, you'll feel better for sure!

Big altitude difference from Florida. Entire family was feeling a little sluggish and 15 minutes helped. My husband was much worse than the rest of us so he also both a portable unit, it helped some. He went back the next day, 30 minutes and it helped some. The if you do this and drink the recommended water you will be fine. Also, do it early in trip. Employees were great with suggestions.

The extra O2 does not really change anyones baseline oxygen level but it is a great experience at high altitude You will have a great time

This place really helped. 15 minutes not enough, try 30 minutes. Friendly staff. Seriously, we desert dwellers needed a jolt so we felt better, and more importantly, slept better.

Our visit to this oxygen bar was within the first 12 hours that we were in Breckenridge...we were dealing with a differential of over 8000 feet from our home! The owners were helpful and very friendly. The "treatments" relieved our headaches that were developing.

We just got to Breckenridge from Dallas & the wife started feeling really bad, we were told to go to a liq store and get a oxygen cannister, on the way to liq store we found this little gem, the girl at the counter was extremely helpful, cute and super friendly, we did 30 minutes a piece and were feeling much better for the rest of the weekend, Thanks, Oxygen Bar ! If you want to pass some time downtown with a unique experience, stop in the Oxygen Bar. Refreshing flavored O2 is fun at almost 10,000 feet! Good temporary relief of symptoms of altitude sickness. Unfortunately, as soon as your off the stuff, symptoms return. Medical grade O2 by prescription is better, but not very convenient. Fun activity for kids and families!

If you're having trouble with altitude sickness this is a must do. They put therapeutic oils in the mix. I had the "Energy" mix for 30 minutes and it helped me get through the rest of the trip.

Good service; oddly empty and I couldn't figure out why. Helps a lot with altitude issues. Certainly worth a visit. Recommend.
