Great wine, ambiance, and there is live entertainment almost every night. The hostess often adds to the entertainment with a song or 2 of her own...she is very talented! Nice place for wine tasting with a small or a larger group. The host/hostess make you feel right at home. I am arranging my next party there. They are very accommodating!

This winery was very difficult to find, it is in a warehouse area and we did not see a sign. There was a band playing when we arrived which was pretty good. They were very friendly but seemed a little pushy with the wine that they preferred. Our group did not care for most of the wine that we tasted. It closed at 9:00 p.m which we thought was a little early. The seating inside was very comfortable and was nicely decorated. They also had outside seating that was a nice choice.

Post Town Winery is a small, friendly winery with flair and sophistication--in an unexpected location--yet you will feel welcomed and at-home with its elegant, open format--in addition to pleasing wine-tastings that give you a wealth of knowledge about this popular Minnesota industry. Post Town's grapes are locally grown (just 4 miles west of the winery) and featured wines are full-flavored and delicious. This winery will wow you, not only with their excellent wines, but with free cheese, crackers and chocolates that compliment each wine sample; plus there's a menu of gourmet pizzas sure to satisfy your appetite, if you're in the mood for a little something extra. Stop in for some friendly cheer and take home a bottle of home-grown Minnesota wine that's sure to rival any other wine on your shopping list.

One of the many start up wineries in the area using the Minnesota grapes. Post Town has a great little tasting room, very comfortable with outdoor seating. The wines from Post Town are quite good, and stick out from the crowd with the minimal use of sugar in their products. I particularly enjoyed their LaCrescent and First Embrace. A nice selection of wines, and they also offer gourmet pizzas.

This location was a little tough to find, as their tasting room is in a small industrial condo off of a highway service road. Nevertheless, our tasting experience was very quaint and personal. I was a huge fan of their Prairie Gold (a Frontenac varietal) and Prairie Cougar (a Marquette varietal, I believe). For just opening up their tasting room this past year, they have a tremendous handle on the winemaking process and I highly recommend paying a visit to them!

We stopped by after seeing this place recommended on Trip Advisor. It was a lovely little tasting room. Small but cozy, beautiful decor. They allow you to taste their wines, about 7 of them, for $5 if you a are a first-timer (usual price $10). The wines were average but the atmosphere and the experience was worth it.
