The Justice Bell is located at the Washington Chapel. You can touch this bell. Plan on spending time in the area to listen to the carillon.

Washington's Chapel is bigger than I expected, and the bell is awe-inspiring. It is a replica of the Liberty Bell, but you can touch ot and see it up close. Very moving.
