Great place to take the kids to let off a little steam. Friendly staff. I am familiar with the area but I could see someone having a hard time finding the location. Better signs out front on Howard Street would help...

We took our Twin 4 year old grandsons here. They had a blast. They have places for them to jump, to swing, video games.Great place for children!Every parent should take their child especially before bed.

This is a cautionary review. We have been to and enjoyed SHS Niles in the past. However, going forward, I would not go to SHS Niles during the summer (or "camp") months because during this period, without warning non-camp customers, the facility routinely hosts large and multiple camp groups. These groups swarm the facility and take over literally all portions of SHS, with the possible exception of the "6 and under" jumping section. Would you pay for a ticket to a movie if you couldn't see it? Would you buy a meal if you couldn't eat it? No. Then avoid SHS NIles during summer camp season. Otherwise, you will have paid your admission fee but be unable to jump.

Don't recall which family had the first BDay party at Sky High Sports this year (2013) from the Waters School Community, but having a BDay party here has been all the rage for the 8-10 year old set since Christmas. And I can see why! Two hours of trampoline fun with your friends, what's not to like? If I were just sharing just the kid's review, it would be a hands down 5 star review, with the possible exception of two cranky employees supervising the trampolines that the kids felt were "rude," "unkind," and "not nice to us." If you are a teenage or college age employee at a place like this, either like it and have fun with the kids, or don't take this job. Your job is to be nice, and to supervise kids in a fun way your whole shift, even if you stayed up too late the night before. GET A CLUE!But I am a parent, and not a kid, and I have a slightly different take on it, and this review is written from the perspective of a parent taking his kids here for a BDay party. The reservation process was easy and simple. The follow up was efficient and friendly. Our two prior experiences attending BDay parties here were very positive. And though the place is hard to find, we got there in time and check in for all the kids went smoothly enough. REMEMBER TO TELL ALL PARENTS ABOUT THE WAIVER. Makes the check in process so much easier. Allison was the party co-ordinator for our group, and she was excellent, attentive and very friendly. She paced the play and the pizza and the birthday cupcakes perfectly. I really appreciate an employee like this, one who smiles and takes her responsibility of making sure the kids have fun seriously, but is all fun with the kids. Allison is the model employee from our experience, and some of her peers here could take a lesson or two from her. As for the party itself, what you pay for is pizza and water at a picnic table set up that is in the common area between the trampolines. Truth is, the pizza is ridiculously overpriced. BUT, if you want to take all the kids to a pizza joint and get a more competitively priced pizza that tastes better, then you can do that. If you want two hours of fun your child won't soon forget all in one place with a mediocre pizza (that the kids won't know is that), well, then, the $250 for the party and trampoline time, not to mention Allison's time, is well worth it. And our kids did have fun (two cranky employees excepted, they just ignored those areas of the place). They laughed, got a good work out, loved the dodgeball, and were all smiles going out. I even heard one boy say he wanted his next BDay party there. Overall I'd give a thumbs up recommendation to his parents. As for our family going back again, I imagine it will be on the summer agenda some too hot or too rainy day. $14 for two hours of jumping, what's not to like? Might even do some jumping myself next time we go, who cares if I am a slightly overweight 50+ year old. It looked fun.

Yes, it's noisy and about as intimate as a railway station - yet the kids seem to love it. Kids of every age - I saw some 40+ y.o. boys and girls jumping on the wall-to-wall trampolines with huge smiles on their faces. The party host was friendly and helpful, the price wasn't criminal, and the paperwork wasn't too bad. It's a big machine, with perhaps 8 parties going on at the same time, plus people who just go there to jump but I didn't see any disappointment. Two notes: 1. Really small children (like 6 or less) might not have the body size and stamina to enjoy it fully. 2. Wear no more than a t-shirt and light pants if you're planning to jump - you'll get quite worked-up and hot.

Great facility and plenty to do! A bit pricey but kids love going 1-2 times a month clean and friendly workers

Pretty cool- the walls are trampolines and the floors too! there is a ball pit, volley ball pit and just a huge trampoline. Parties available. $11 per hour per person but an hour is more than enough, Teens enjoy it and so do little kids. They have separate area for kids below 8. GREAT PLACE to go for 1 or 2 hours but get tired out after that
