rethymnon old town

我飞去科诺索斯参观了一圈之后才来的这儿,来的路上还收到一张超速罚单。这儿真是一个能让人冷静下来的好地方,静静的坐在港口喝几听啤酒。这里其实感觉就像是一个小版的卡尼亚,加上沿着古老河岸线扎堆开起来的各种酒吧和做鱼的餐馆。我们把车停在了港口的停车场,离那些拥挤的古老街道组成的历史街区只有很短一段步程。这个地方简直被酒吧、饭馆和商店给填满了。所有的街道都充满了香料、咖啡和烤肉的味道。这儿的很多商店都卖草药和香料,所以我们就买了很多可爱的希腊沙拉药草。有一些酒吧很古怪,但气氛很好。后街上还藏着很多很多小的馆子,你的选择多得不得了。这儿有着很悠久的历史,从克里特文明、威尼斯文化到希腊尼克,那个有名的扑克玩家,所以你需要上维基百科上多查一些信息。在出城的路上,我们在海岸路上路过了那个巨大的堡垒。这里还是挺令人印象深刻的,很值得去参观一下。不过我真心不建议你来一个和科诺索斯的组合旅游路线,除非你想要有一天来放松放松。

体验复古文化氛围对话历史的灵魂——晚上和中午的时候城里会有些吵(当地的大学有大约6000名学生),不会让人觉得到处都是游客......有很多克里特岛的人......还有当地很棒的商店......鹅卵石的街道,城中的大教堂......美丽古老的威尼斯港口(不过很多餐馆都会疯狂的拉客......)......

夜幕下的海岸和城镇非常漂亮。人们像白天一样出来,咖啡馆和餐厅里到处都是带着朋友和爱人用餐的人们。有些商店甚至都还营业。我从酒店步行至老城区,大约花了15分钟。我非常喜欢老城区,喜欢那里的活力、人们和美食!

我们在老城区中心的Rethymnon住了一周,住的非常愉快。那里有很多老房子,而且还有很多商店出售年轻人的时尚用品。非常值得!

吃晚饭前的一两个小时在老城区的街道上散步非常棒,街道上到处都是小商店,酒吧和咖啡厅。这里有很多好看好玩的地方,威尼斯军械库也是一定要来的地方。

a lovely place to visit on a arainy day. fab taverna the lemon tree serving traditional Greek menu for twenty euros including wine. many bargains to be had in all shops because end of season. great market and harbour.

Historical, beautiful, a lot of different ethnic styles and places to relax for a coffee or a nice meal ...

This place is truly beautiful. It's well worth spending a whole day there and strolling through the old streets and lanes. Be sure to pick some genuine food and get some cultural impressions in one of the old alleys.

Fantastic party atmosphere due to the carnival, without any trouble from partygoers.Lots of places to eat, from fast snacks to top restaurants. Plenty of bars to choose from.The old town is beautiful and if you go around the back streets you will find lots of non-touristy places.

We stayed all afternoon in the cosy centre. It was a nice experience; good weather, the feeling of have all the time of the world, the atmosphere of the old city, almost breathing history, enjoying a glass of wine... A real holiday feeling.

This is a nice beach, but very popular and crowded in the summer months. It is advisable to get there early. Crete has really improved the road system to the beach which is a big plus.

Very quiet in winter, most of the touristy shops are closed for the season but still a beautiful spot to wander around on a sunny day in February. The harbour is nice and the waterfront is lined with cafes and restaurants.

One of the most beautiful cities in Creta that you can visit! Try to be there late afternoon and during the night. The atmosphere is great :)

A lovely town which was once the capital of Crete.There is such a lot of history to Rethymnon as there is to all of Crete.Stroll along the 'prom' and enjoy a coffee and the shops. There is even a Euro Shop which we found funny!highly recommend it.

When first arriving in rethymnon it looks very touristy and busy..streets lined with tavernas. However, get in to the side streets (old town) is like another world. Different coloured houses, shops..lots of places to sit and take it all in.
