We had no expectations at all for this place as we gave not heard about it before. We went due to a recommendation by a family friend. It was a reasonable distance from the city.Surprisingly, there are a lot of activities for each member of the family. There is a cable car and zipline, horseback riding, mini zoo, bird sanctuary, wall climbing and the like. Of course, we went to the highlight which was the caves. We were assisted by volunteer tour guides as in Callao Cave. Similar to Callao, the volunteers were local youtg. We were assisted by Leslie and Buboy who were about 11 years of age. The cave was 142 steps away and the climb was relatively easy. The cave however, did not have any lights inside unlike in Callao. So we only relied on the flashlights of our guides. Fortunately, there were almost no puddles and steep climbs so as long as you watch your step, you would be okay. We entered 3 caves, the main cave, moon cave and altar cave, all of which had stories of their own as or guides explained. Then, after the caves, we walked 200+steps in the forest to get to the mini zoo.The mini zoo had tigers, wild boars, monkeys, civet cats, crocodiles and snakes so it was good enough for the kids. The teens tried the zipline for 250 pesos. Horseback was 10 pesos per round.Unfortunately, we were not able to go to the waterfalls due to lack of time. There were only 3 sari sari stores which offered snacks and refreshments. It was a good experience all in all.
