Great room with accessible shower, good products for hair care and shower gel. Ceiling fan in each room is nice touch for warm nights. Fun casino, good drinks with friendly servers.

Very disappointed in the service car battery died and asked for a booster box to get my car started and was told would not help but one of the security that drives the cart around the parking lot used her own personal car to give us a jump off she was so so nice thank you Ashley you were great for the others need to be fired or disciplined made us think twice about coming back

The casino is very clean and the staff is very friendly and the winning are excellent. I have stayed in the hotel and it was very clean and the hotel staff is very attentive to your needs. The food is great and at a reasonable price. Overall the whole experience was very uplifting and rewarding. I will be returning definitely.

Margaritaville Casino is the best Casino in the Shreveport/Bossier area. The rooms, standard or suites are all very inviting. The decor gives you a feel of being near the beach. The casino is constantly keeping up with the newest slot machines. Have eaten at all the restaurants in this establishment, they all were great! The entertainment provided is exceptional. Whether it is the band playing at Magaritaville restaurant or a popular artist brought in to entertain in the nice Paradise Theater. The convenience of this casino location is the best overall in town. You do not have to drive to the popular Boardwalk just simply walk. Great outdoor bar and pool too!! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at Margarettaville Bosier City many times. The rooms are great. Large pillows. Clean. Crisp. Bed is very comfortable Shower is great. LG television is great. We have stayed here over a dozen times. We have usually had a typical king bedroom. One time we stayed in a beautiful suite. The food: The buffet has plenty of variety for yiung and old. Food is good. You will be very pleased. The gift shop. It's fun all the way. While you are here try the Landshark beer. The casino: Best variety of new slot machines in this metro. Table games are fun. I play roulette. I win a little. Lose more. But it's a exciting game. Play either outside red or black. Or for more fun pick your favorite numbers inside. The swimming pool. It's great. Need to do this. The employees : They remember my name. They are friendly. makes me feel very welcome. A part if the Pirate family. From Zee the bartender to Michael - bartender on 2- great drinks. Exciting. Fun. The entertainment. BEST theatre in town. From seeing Aron Neville to Sara Evans or BB King. They have great shows. I would recommend this casino as not just another casino but as a place to bring your family, children and to become very happy of your choices. While here, try roulette. A 10$ bet on a single number, say 20 - if the number 20 hits. You win 350.00!!! And it's exciting. So I hope that your family can enjoy such a friendly hotel resort casino. Happy Travels.

I love staying and playing at Margaritaville. Beautiful place and a great selection of staff members. Just awesome.

I really enjoyed this casino. They have so many great games. The food is good. The people are friendly.

The beds are great! The people are nice...Love the whole experience!! Take a walk on the boardwalk or just hang out in the casino.. Great place for a little alone time with that significant other.
