Took the tour to see the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. Had a great group which added to the fun. The highlight was to the top of the space needle like tower to watch the fireworks. Wish we could have arrived earlier to get a better position.

My husband and I decided to take this tour as part of our honeymoon. Rita was excellent at taking 15 strangers, of varying ages and from different countries/states, and making us buddies. She has a wonderful sense of humor and has ties in the area which made the tour feel more personal. I, originally from Rochester NY, was pleased to learn about the history of a place I grew up so close to from someone with passion I can identify with. Even though my husband and I were both ill, we still had a fantastic time. Thank you, Rita for helping us to do so. (p.s. We're glad Rita had to work through the company picnic. We really enjoyed her.) Give Rita a raise! #teamRita

I'm sorry this tour did not live up to our guest's expectations. Sheri, the guide, reported back to me after the tour that there had been issues between the parties on board. She's one of our most popular guides and has over 20 years of guiding experience, sometimes we have to deal with people that are less considerate of others than they should be. As for the bus, it is one of our older ones and it does have advertising for a local university on it, however, it is cleaned on a regular basis and appeared clean to me when I inspected it after the tour. As for the A/C, on the day of the tours it was over 85 degrees and sunny, an extremely challenging day for an A/C system on a bus, at best the A/C system will barely cool a bus when doing short drives between stops. As for ending the tour late, because traffic and attraction lines are out of our control, our times approximate, and if some guests are late returning to the group at a number of stops, of course the tour will run longer than anticipated.

In response to comments made by "2 Charles", I would like to clarify a few points. We did suffer a breakdown on the way to Myrtle Beach with a baseball team from Niagara Falls and the team was delayed in arriving at their destination. However, the bus that broke down did not return to NY as stated, but was towed 2 1/2 hours to Wilmington, NC to a repair facility, where it stayed the balance of the week. We own 10 buses that are almost identical in appearance, someone in Niagara Falls may have seen any number of our buses and assumed it was the team's, it was not.All along we were being advised by the repair facility that the bus "should be ready tomorrow" and then it wouldn't be. As you can imagine, this made for a difficult situation for the players, the Coach, and for us. It was extremely difficult to plan ahead, not knowing if our bus would be available or not. There were no coaches available in the vicinity, it's the busiest time of year in the coach business. However, the local Grayline did have tour buses available. Originally, we contracted for one bus, but as stated, it wasn't adequate for the needs of the team (and equipment) so after the first game we chartered 2 of these buses for the remainder of the team's games. We didn't save anything by using the vehicles available locally.I have spoken with the Coach, "Joe C", since the team's return. Although he was put in extremely difficult situation by the breakdown, he is understanding of the issues we faced in trying to provide transportation for the team. Joe and I have discussed a partial refund for the players, which I am willing to do. He will be presenting this to the Parent's Group at their next meeting. We tried to make the best of a bad situation. We were not able to make everyone happy but we did get the team to each of it's venues.
