texas state university bobcat stadium

Football game started after the many long hours of tailgate partying. Lots of food,fun,laughter,drinks and good friends.

Went to Bobcat Navy game and first time visiting stadium. Very nice college stadium with good views from everywhere. easy parking and once inside easy to get around stadium.

Attended a Texas State football game in Nov. with my family. Nice family atmosphere. Good concessions at a reasonable price. Good seats throughout the stadium at a very attractive price. I would highly recommend catching a game here.

We visited Bobcat Stadium for the first time in 2005...it was an absolutely horrible experience. Fans literally walked all over us, even though we were in a roped off area reserved for the visiting team fans. We were called names, yelled at, and just totally demoralized by everyone we came in contact with. I could have cared less if we NEVER returned to this place. But low and behold, we got the great fortune of playing this team again this year and in their stadium again. We dreaded this trip the entire year because of our previous experience. I cannot tell you what a difference this year's experience was! First of all, the stadium has been completely remodeled and is absolutely beautiful! And everyone we came in contact with, from tailgating to sitting in the stadium (including concessions staff) was so friendly and helpful, not to mention hospitable. It was a great experience and we had an awesome time! We tailgated several blocks from the stadium, but the police staff had golf carts and made sure to see me and two of my tailgating buddies who also have disabilities, not just to the stadium, but all the way up to the top of the stadium where our seats were. After the game, there was a golf cart waiting for the three of us again, behind the section where we sat, to take us all the way back to our cars several blocks away. I have no hesitations about visiting this stadium again in the future...I believe that this school has done a great job of cleaning up everything...this stadium was totally spotfree. There were staff members sweeping under the pavilions during the entire game to keep the stadium as clean as possible. This was an absolutely fun and awesome experience and we had a FAN tastic time!!
