Volant makes you feel like you've entered another dimension! It is a beautiful place with shops that are full of crafts and friendly people! The Amish do their homemade donuts on the porch of the old mill, I think on Saturdays, they are amazing! It is a completely relaxing time while there! I especially Love it during the Christmas season! I go to Volant Mills every time I go back to visit family! Love, love, love it!

Great little country store type place in old Mill right in the heart of Volant -a nice little sightseeing town with shops and restaurants.Worth an afternoon visit.

There is a wide variety of local craft and home made items in this store/museum. We spent quite a bit of time looking not only at the items being sold but also the original parts of the grist mill and photos of the early life in Volant. There are 3 floors of to explore in this store.

I loved shopping here while on a bus tour recently. There were so many unique and interesting things to look at and possibly purchase. I*t was the best shopping experience on my tour. I loved their copper jewelry. I would highly recommend stopping here to look and shop.

We stopped here during an impromptu Saturday afternoon wine crawl and were pleasantly surprised. We were offered a wine tasting at $3/person and that money was refunded per bottle of wine bought. Cool deal. Wine was very good and gift shop had many very nice wine accessories. Also, they sell whole wine barrels which may be a nice purchase in the future. The town is also worth seeing.

If you are looking for something to do and are bored on a trip.. You could enjoy the shops for browsing time. Not for families with young children as they will become bored quickly. There really isn't a lot here and they said that it is "Amish" but only seen items of theirs being resold at a higher price. I will say they do have a wide variety but don't go here looking for a good deal.

this is a quaint little town to visit for an hour or two. There are many shops to browse and resturants to eat at. There is a winery that offers samples and many wines and accessories. Very nice place to visit. there is plenty of parking at the old mill.

Great winery with some very good wines. The town is very quaint...there is a grist mill and several cute stores. There is also a really great pizz restaurant in the middle of town. We spent the morning here before we went to the Grove City Outlets!

We toured all the lil stores and found that some stores carried the same thing with various prices at each store. I think each store should have their own unique items. But it was a nice stop to get away from the hustle and bustle of the outlet malls. Worth the drive!

We stopped in the village after passing through New Wilmington. We walked the length of the small business district. Looked in the shops. I suppose people who like crafts, nick-nacks and do-dads might find the village interesting. We spent most of our visit watching the fl fishermen from the bridge and along the river bank. There must have been 10 during the time we were there. Additionally, there was a fy and tackle shop next to the river. Nice setting.
