We live in the Chicago area and have visited the Ipic locations in Bolingbrook and Barrington many times. We love both locations. I was very surprised that the location at Bayshore was different. Bayshore location did not include blankets, there were no waiters, the seats do not recline, and the seats were very dirty as well. Those are the features that we have grown to love at the other locations and were unpleasantly surprised that Bayshore did not have the same amenities. Not sure why there is a difference, but hope in the future Bayshore will include those awesome things as well.
