This is a high-quality bike park. They are a little slow getting the trails in shape, but it depends on the snowpack. They offer a range of trails for all ability levels, from extreme drops, to mellow cruisers.

Top notch mountain bike park. They really work hard to put this park at the top of the list. Good features! Going off the top is rough for intermediate bikers, but the other features are pretty sick

Every year this park gets better and better. There are numerous runs to choose from and you never get board. I visit a lot over summer. Sometimes with the family and sometimes with friends. If you have not hit the mountain do so. You will love it! A few of my favorite runs Twilight, Flow, Pipeline, Velocity, and Shotgun. To name a few.

It's an awesome view and very good riding. Undoubtedly is one of the top attractions if you are going to Mammoth.

This was my second visit to Mammoth and I was sorta fearing biking down this giant after being spoiled by the nice and flowy Park City, Utah trails. My first run was Off the Top with a stop at Red Lake. I decided I'll never start at Off the Top again. Too much "sand" for this girl's taste. For me, I found the BEST trails: Get off at McCoy (Mid-Mountain) and take Beach Cruiser to Paper Route, to Juniper and get out at the "City Bike Path" sign (something like that). This ride provided some nice technical aspects, but not that fear factor sand stuff. Fun fun! Note: I saw lots of "beginners" without downhill gear. I highly recommend full gloves, elbow, and knee pads, and full downhill helmet. (at a minimum!)

Bike park was great with good variety and good trail markings and layout. Rental equipment had options for upgrades which I recommend if you are an experienced mountain biker. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

Brought my son there for the first time for the Cam Zink clinic. He loved the mountain. We will be back as much as we can get here. Great atmosphere and everyone is friendly and helpful.

Oh yes I love to ride Mammoth. My friends and I ride once a year for 3-5 days. I also take the family early in summer for some DH sessions. This place gets better each year. Mammoth Rocks! Get a bike, pads and a helmet and have fun.

Everything is taken care of for bikers here. There are billion trails for all levels of skill and fitness. The signs and maps and markers dotted all over the mountain make it obvious what you're letting yourself in for (mostly). The trails are in good condition - I'm an experienced cyclist and found the intermediate trails challenging enough to entertain me all day on a rental bike. If I had protective gear and my own bike, I'd have been up for some of the harder trails, but getting up to the top of any run is a breeze, and getting down to the bottom is great fun. There are a few cross mountain trails too if you want to get away from the wind or get a different view. I started at 9am and finished at 5:30pm. The price for all rental equipment & lift use was just over $100, which is amazing value for day of downhill riding. For some of the longer trails, you can go way past the adventure centre / gondola hub into the town of Mammoth Lakes itself, and there's a regular free bus to shuttle bikers back to the AC start point - really well thought out facilities for bikers. You can even ride off the gondola platforms, down the steel stairs to the grit and get a flying start :)

Went to the park over the weekend with several friends, including a couple first time bike park riders, and everybody had a great time. I personally would like to see more "flow type" trails off the back side (towards the area of chair 14) as it gets old riding 'Off the Top' more than once or twice. I will say that I was actually impressed with the other side off of Skidmarks and heading down towards Canyon Lodge. We didn't find 'Pipeline' (an intermediate jump trail) until our last run but that was a ton of fun for anybody that likes to get some airtime without being an expert. If it's your 1st time there, remember that a green trail at Mammoth does not necessarily equate to a green trail at another resort. As a specific example, there is a green trail named 'Big Ring' that may be a green trail compared to 'Skidmarks' but it's NOT easy. I'm sure there have been a ton of people that have gone down that trail expecting it to be a smooth easy trail and were quite shocked by what they got.

This is one of the best mountain bike parks in the Sierra Mountains (and probably in the US). It has lots of great trails with good views.

One of if not the best mountain bike parks in the United States...took a lesson to work in skills and the instructor was awesome..you can ride from the top of the mountain at 11000' down into town at 8200' all at one time...what a blast.

Tons of great trails here from beginner to expert. The staff here was super helpful and friendly. My family had a great time here this summer.

We drove to the Bike Park at the top of Mammoth mountain and rented mountain bikes. You have several options of bike paths in which to ride. We took the easiest bike path and at the end of the bike path it spills you into the downtown area. They have a shuttle bus stop that picks you up and takes you back up the mountain. It's very organized and a lot of fun!

My son is a motocross and downhill mountain bike racer and mammoth is his favorite mountain. They have trains for all pros of beginners like me.
