We're glad you enjoyed your visit to the Seaplane Harbour and writing a positive review! Submarine Lembit and icebreaker Suur Tõll are always waiting for you to come back! :)Next big exhibition that is coming to the Seaplane Harbour is an exhibition of Antarctic exploration called 'Race to the End of the Earth'. It tells an epic story about how Norwegian Roald Amundsen and Captain Robert Falcon Scott of the British Royal Navy reached the South Pole in 1911-1912. The exhibition will be open rom August 2015 to January 2016. If you happen to visit Tallinn at that time, please do visit us again!Best wishes,Laura Remmel (marketing assistant)

This place is huge! It holds a massive soviet submarine. It would hold at least two hours of fun with all the many interactive exhibits and things to look at. The cafe is great. Also there are boats outside to look at. Definately top museum and place to visit, as well as the TV tower and Estonian Open air museum.

I went there with my 6-year old and there were lots of interesting things to see and do for both children and adults. The set up is clever and makes the whole experience feel adventurous. One of the highlights was going inside the submarine. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and highly recommend it.

Definitely recommend visiting this Naval Museum. Great exhibits of Navy boats covering both military and civilian use. Highlight was the submarine, which could be fully accessed viewed. Great for kids as well. Besides interior exhibits they also have an external open air part with further boats which can be entered and viewed.

Great! There should be more museum just like this. There is a complete submarine inside which you can go in too as well. Lots of interactive screens with information and quizzes. Fantastic place for kids and adults.

Thank you for your review! I'm glad you enjoyed the architecture of the hangars and our number one exhibit - submarine Lembit. I'm sorry you didn't find the rest of the exhibition as interesting. What would you have expected/wanted to see here at the Seaplane Harbour? Please let us know, so we can keep that in mind, when renewing the main exhibiton in the coming years. :)We also try to keep our museum fresh and interesting by bringing in special exhibition each season. From August-January 2016 we have an exhibition of Antarctic exploration called 'Race to the End of the Earth'. It tells an epic story about how Norwegian Roald Amundsen and Captain Robert Falcon Scott of the British Royal Navy reached the South Pole in 1911-1912. If you find that interesting, we'll be waiting for you to come back!Best wishes,Laura Remmel (marketing assistant)

Thank you for visiting and reviewing the Seaplane Harbour! Probably the reason you hadn't been here before is that we're a relevantly new museum (opened in 2012). But now you know that we exist and come back here any time. You may find some of our seasonal special exhibitons interesting:From February-July 2015 we have an interactive exhibition ‘Sink or Sail’ for the whole family. It features 14 hands-on exhibits installed in large intermodal containers, where everyone can see, read and experiment with how the forces of nature act at sea and how they have influenced maritime history. You will be able to generate waves or whirlpools, steer ships through locks, go under water, escape from a sinking ship and much more. From August-January 2016 we have an exhibition of Antarctic exploration called 'Race to the End of the Earth'. It tells an epic story about how Norwegian Roald Amundsen and Captain Robert Falcon Scott of the British Royal Navy reached the South Pole in 1911-1912.So, welcome back!Best wishes,Laura (marketing assistant)

This is a very good museum. It has plenty of exciting exhibits and interactive and informative solutions. We spent almost three hours in there, but could have spent more if there was any time left. The ticket also grants you access to the ships outside the museum, where you can go inside and look at them in a more "natural environment".

Very good indoor and outdoor exhibits. Be sure to take a tour to get the most of the experience. The submarine inside is awesome to walk through.
