Large and lots to do. Cafe, Bar, Restaurant, Mini Gold and Table tennis if you like those kind of things. We played Mini-Golf and loved it even though it was raining half way through. Great course and I won !

Extremely disappointing round of golf. We paid to rent clubs and were given a mixed bag of clubs that were ancient with clubs missing. Even though they had motorized carts they would not allow us to rent them. The only option was a pull cart. It is a hilly course so it was tough to walk. The sand traps and tee boxes were in terrible condition. The equipment used to maintain the course was from the 1960's. The members and staff were extremely unfriendly. The only good things about the course are the views and layout. I would not waste my time there again.

Played this as a fourball in early October. Getting to it was not easy as signage was sparse and , if you do not speak Italian, poor. Holes are short and some Par 4's (11th 250 m) a joke.Never saw one member of ground staff during the round which might explain poor, untended feel to the course. Not inexpensive and definitely not value for money. Won't be back.

Very nice course, but a tad pricey, especially if you rent a golf cart. You can rent a push/pull cart and it will be fine.

Were there for 10 days to play golf. The golf course was in a good shape and is in a beautiful setting. Lots of olive trees and fantastic views. The hotel is an old building with atmosphere but the rooms were very spartan equipped dirty and very uncomfortable with no ambience and no space for all togs above all for 10 days. The bathroom was a big disappointment dirty, dark and uncomfortable as well. The breakfast was poor nothing was prepared in the morning at 8 and the boss was not really friendly. The breakfast itself was ok for Italy but nothing special. The dinner was the best part of our stay superb with a lot of ambience on a gorgeous terrace with a small selection of dishes with excellent wines provided the weather is fine that you can sit outdoor. Indoor is ok but nothing of note. The staff in the evening was friendly and attentive. The pool area was rather small dirty badly maintained and worn out towels and service lacking. Actually a nice place to play golf but the rooms and the pool area not worth to stay longer as 2 days.

The course is in very bad condition, the tees are terrible and the fairways are messy. There is no sand in th bunkers. The greens are ok but the course as a whole is poor. It is a shame because the club house is lovely and the food amazing. We played on a day when there was a tournament on. We were booked to play at 1400 but did not get on until 1600. We got as afr as hole 12 before it got too dark. It was frustrating as there were periods of 15, 20, 25 minutes when there was no one on the 1st tee but we were not allowed on. Do not play this course keep your money and play le pavionere, versilla or gold d'ugelliona.

If you like golf you will tremendously appreciate the efforts of the whole team to make this place beautiful. You can sleep in the hotel and everything is extremely peaceful. Wellness thoroughly done. And then there is the food from Massimo and Catia Incerpi. Real value for little money. Eaten 'al fresco' with a stupendous view and excellent service. A place to visit every year and when you are there you realize that life is beautiful.

Very interesting cource - fairways between olive and pine trees shaped in a very interesting way offering an extra premium for long and precise shooters. Multilevel greens quite demanding. Condition of the cource good with some exceptions where fairways are dry but we were in the period when the whole region was suffering from the lack of rain.On the top of the above mentionem beautiful landscape, fantastic views, a good restaurant make this place remarkable for those who are looking not only for golf but also for the beauty of Tuscany.

The Clubhouse is excellent, and the welcome was functional. I paid €70 for 18 holes and was very disappointed with the state of the course. The Tees were uneven, uncut and generally in worse condition than the fairways (which were excellent). The bunkers were very poor, with almost no sand in them making it almost impossible to get the Sand Iron under the ball to splash it out. Th eGreens were fast and generally in good condition. Overall it was overpriced for the state of the course.
