Well equipped, nice bath with different pools, perfect for families and thermal water lovers, not only in summer.

Lots of space, beds to hire food stalls, stalls to buy swim wear, hats etc. good park for kids_ lots for all ages to do or not do, very family oriented.Towels supplied by hotel for spa use.

There you can find planty of pools for everybody. You have pools from 23 to 37C, slide, playground, a lot of shadow and nice green grass. And all this you get only 10min walk from the center of the city. Very recomended.

This is a very large complex of baths that has recently been renovated. The family area is quite popular. It has pools with currents and other splashing events. The hot baths are not quite so hot as other places in Budapest, for example.

Its a must visit place in Eger - any time of the year. Summer time gets very very busy and the cashiers are painfully slow, but stick with it its great value for money and a experience to remember.

We were in Eger the hottest day of the year and needed a place to cool off. We had been to a bath in Budapest prior and this one paled in comparison but was still very nice. As had been mentioned before there is a bit of contruction going on the give the place a face lift but it wasn't a problem for us. The kids loved the water slides.

Construction occupied most of the place. Cabins pretty far from the pools. Hot water pools were teaming with kids playing - who should not even be allowed in those.

The north part of Hungary is lovely hilly, we call them old mountains, but they just hills for you, however silent, green and various. In this fairy tale sceenery, you can find the mineral spa.For families with young kids I offer only the Park. Groups, friends or families with teens must try the old spa.Practicly is the same spring giving the72 °C degree water, jus. Wit is driven to the new spa and to the old too.The new one is fancy, comfortale and standardised, so you find everything just like in an other spa center, exept the unique wiew of the mineral wall built from the water extraction.Challenger ones have to try the old spa after 6:00 pm. You can bring your own drinks with you! Only two hot water pool, but super fun to spend a night with friends and wine from Eger in a hot pool.

HiI've never tried mineral springs before but I loved the ones at Eger. Olympic sized pools. The first pool starts at 27ºC, the next at 32ºC, the next at 36ºC and the last one at 38ºC. It's a real family affair. People were playing chess on a floating board. It's well priced about $10 Au. My husband and I didn't want to go and kept changing pools from hotter to colder. We were there for hours. I felt so relaxed when we finally changed and started walking back to our hotel, that I could hardly walk. It's very clean with trees and grass to sit on nearby. You can rent a sunbed.

I visited the Park two times: six years ago and this year, and much as I like the pools as such, I'd rather avoid the place in high season: it's crowded and noisy, and in many pools one may mostly sit in a crowd.Upsides: clean pools, variety of mineral baths, including the generally healing ones. Acceptable infrastructure: toilets, bars etc.Downsides: The name "park" is exaggerated, as there is hardly any nice green space to rest in the shade of trees. All pools are for most of the time in full sunlight, which has its advantages, but can be tiring after some time. There is no written information available in any language than Hungarian outside the entrance, so unless you speak the language it is quite difficult to make out what ticket one should buy and what are the opening hours. Inside some of the pools are described also in English and the cabins feature multilingual information about the closing hour only, which is surprisingly early in summer: 6.30 p.m. I did not encounter one member of staff who would speak good English, most of the personnel speaks only Hungarian.Overall the place is fine, but the management could really use some improvement.

My favorite bath: fantastic pools surrounded by trees, so when strong heat outside you can just drag under a tree and have a great nap :), very clean, kids pool, olympic swimming pool, thermal. Can rent sunbeds, cabin.Turkish baths - sauna, hammam, inside pools - WOW, separate entrance fee, but for Mineral +Turkish you get a discount.Would suggest better eating places: as at the ones there we could eat only fast food, langos and grilled pork, grilled chicken and french fries.Nevertheless I would return any day.

I have been to a few baths in Hungary and this is by far my favorite one. It has a very large area, its not all cramped up on a small site. The prices are very reasonable. I used my University of Michigan ID and got in for around 800/HUF. Make sure you go early in the morning on a weekday, before June 1st. This is when you will get the best price and the best experience as it will not be crowded at all. The main bath that has the small cave with the waterfall is the most prefect temperature bath I have ever been in. It also has a cool little area connected to it that is inside that is the same temperature. There is a smaller bath next to it that is hotter and is very nice to relax in. Overall, this is my favorite bath in Hungary, I would recommend this one before any other.

It is one of the biggest swimming pool in Hungary, with more pools. The most interesting is the pool to swim - it is cca. 50 m long and you can swim in the winter also (cca.26 C). The mineral bath had cca. 2 years ago new reconstruction. Very comfortable to seat in the water (cca. 35 C). The Park is very nice also.

extensive bath complex (think Eger-sized Szechenyi baths). water temps for every person. 38-degree bath got crowded as the day went on. lots of food & drinks stands. bring shoes & towel and a bathing suit (or Hungarians will laugh at you, like they did the Russian guy who showed up without one--oooops). there's a fun pool complex for kids, which I totally would have gone to if I wouldn't look weird as an adult. the indoor wellness center is $6 extra and totally worth it--it's a renovated turkish bathhouse, amazing in its historical significance and modern bath offerings. lots of old, hairy couples (think speedos) canoodling throughout, which is super cute and kind of gross at the same time--so Hungarian. must-do in Eger!
