All my life i wanted to have a dog. Actually a snow dog - Malamute, Husky or Samoyede. After a while, i got one, that i love to the Moon and back. Of course, what comes with a Malamute is the urge to go on a ride with snowdogs...and this year i had the chance to go to Ste Agathe and do some outdoor activities, the best of all being at Kanatha-Aki. The personnel, the service, THE RIDE is amazing! We enjoyed every minute of the 3 hours ride, we hugged almost each dog - puppies or adults, they are all incredible, and we didn't mind the cold and wind. For the snow lovers, adventure seekers and last but definitely dog lovers, this is a thing you HAVE to do one day! It's maybe a little expensive for two, but for me it worth every dollar. Just go there and enjoy, you won't regret!Alexandra and Robert

We visited Kanatha-Aki to see the Bison reserve. The guide was incredibly friendly, and very informative about this wonderful animal, their history, and all the conservation work that is being done both here and at other reserves and zoos.We had originally intended to visit the husky kennels, but they don't take bookings in Autumn, as the dogs spend the summer in a cooler climate. However, when there we were told that some of the older dogs and a friend's sled team still live on site, so we were taken to meet the dogs and given a quick background to his racing and dog breeding! Amazing experience, and they even invited us in to dry off and warm up with a cup of coffee after we were rained on.Very friendly and hospitable hosts, and will certainly visit again if we are in the area.

Our family (8 and 12 year old kids) took the 1hr ride during the day. We were greeted very warmly by Max and his assistant. The kids totally loved it, and the tour guide Max was excellent. The ride left exactly on time, as we cruised through the bush and some water for an hour. Would recommend, but it is quite expensive for one hour of entertainment for a family.

The staff were very friendly and great guides. The problem is that I paid for the 1.5 hour ride and we only spent 60 minutes on the horses. The guide tried to tell me it was the 1.5 hour ride. They also say you will see Bison. There was none when we went. I felt kind of ripped off for paying for 1.5 hours and spending 60 minutes on the ride.

my husband and daughter and I took part in the sunset trail ride. It was delightful!! beautiful scenery, lots of animal sightings. Our guide Max was fabulously entertaining ands knowlegeable. Highly recommended.

Welcomed with a smile & left feeling refreshed & renewed. Absolutely recommend Kanatha-Aki Dog Sledding, a great experience with very safe & knowledgable guides. Overnight stay in a group tepee was a terrific experience to have & you stay warm in the winter by keeping the log fire stoked during the night. We were invited to participate in a Native Pipe Ceremony the morning of departure, which was truly special...all in all a weekend full of new things & good experiences.

sportifs et amoureux de la nature ce centre est fait pour nous ! d'abord l'accueil, franc et chaleureux de Stéphane et son équipe. Puis le site : un formidable éco-système avec ses lacs foisonnant de truite (pêche au trou recommandée) et ses collines couvertes de forêt à perte de vue, de quoi se faire plaisir, raquettes aux pieds ou pour les plus téméraires, baladés par les Malamutes, siberian huskies et autres 'mix' qui forment une meute de 70 au total ! impressionnant ! au détour d'un bois vous découvrirez le parc aux bisons, majestueux dans la neige ! un tipi, une cabane de trappeur complètent l'ambiance magique façon 'man vs wilde". pour qui prête l'oreille on pourrait entendre raisonner le tambour et les chants algonquins dans le lointain ! un grand mik8etc !

La meilleure activité de ma vie :) nous avons passé un moment vraiment genial !! Une équipe au top qui nous explique tout ! Des paysages magnifique, un silence ... rare de nos jours ! Des chiens formidables et adorables !Dur de revenir à la réalité...Merci!!

Les personnes à l'accueil son genial! Lou, Stéphane, Alex!!! Léana avec son beau sourire et les guides (mushers) avec leur grandes passion...Je recommande cette endroit parce que, les animaux son très bien traiter, le personnel très interessent et pour cest diverse activités passionnante!! Merci à tous pour cette unique activité!!

Moment fabuleux et magique dans des paysages superbes accompagné par un guide sympa. Des étoiles dans les yeux de ma fille... et aussi dans les yeux des adultes.

Je confirme l'endroit est super Stéphane et Lou de vrai Pro la fondue un gout d'un autre monde de vrai passionnés il faut y aller et en plus si le soleil est de la partie vous en parlerez en bien toute votre vie sans oublier les muchers

Vraiment au top. Je conseille tout particulièrement en hiver. 3h30 de traîneau avec visite des bisons et tartines au près du feu. De super moniteurs. Tôt cela au milieu d'un cadre super. Les enfants en redemandent.

Nous avons passé un moment fabuleux, des paysages a couper le souffle, des sensations incomparables. Merci à tous pour ses moments.
