This hotel is a must stay when in the city. Great rooms, pool and water slide area as well as the continental breakfast in the morning. Add the casino and you have a first class place to stay. Also great staff

Same ole same old casino.. Waitresses very slow. Cheap atmosphere. Not my cup of tea...I have visited a few in my day but this one was not, not my favorite...

Typical Chances Casino. Disappointed no tables were open. Slots were okay. Nice to have a choice of 1 cent to $1 options.

Lots of slots - hotel gave each guest a $5.00 credit nice atmosphere could have stayed longer myself - but not too lucky in gambling

We walked into the casino and it was lively , however upon walking around we found that there were plenty of slots, but very little card tables. I am the slot lover and my husband is the card lover. If you're there for cards, it's the wrong casino for you, but if you love slots, then you are in the right place.

We stopped at this casino and found the normal amount of slots and variety that you would expect casino this size. The have a good selection of sports on TV so you can check your bets. As for tables, we can not comment on it as it is not our thing but they also have a large bingo area portioned off by Plexiglas from the rest of the casino. The casino itself is very clean and staff was super friendly. Our two complaints are no beer on tap but that being said the canned beer is very cold and the frosted mugs are done to perfection and too many 1c and $1 machines and not enough .25c machine. As for our luck in winning on the slots, we will not discuss that as they call it gambling it for a reason. I would recommend this casino to any of those who enjoy some leisurely gambling.

So much fun to go and play your luck at the Treasure Cove Casino! Sometimes you can get good deals by staying in the hotel such as $50 in chips included with a hotel night.

We were in a group of six. My fiance and and I were staying in the hotel as guests. Our friends met up with us as we are from out of town. We all enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant, then went to the Casino for some gambling and some beverages. After being in the Casino for just over an hour, two gentlemen in our group were sitting at at table enjoying conversation when security told them that they needed to leave. They sought us out as we were playing some slots. We were stunned to hear of this. There was no cause for this at all. It was embarrassing as well as humilitating. We will never go back!!!!

Waited quite awhile to get our acknowledgment we were even there. Only 4 tables existing. Menu's were given, and our lunch ordered. Ten minutes later, our server came back to say they did not have a steak for the steak sandwich option (and most pricey by the way). The waitress gave us several excuses, Ordered garlic cheese toast to start ( i did stress this), mom had a clubhouse I had chicken fingers. I was stuck with a cafe like sandwich menu...clubhouse/grilled cheese type options..I ordered chicken fingers. Thirty minutes later....all at the same time...dry and overcooked, chicken jerky comes to mind.Had a gift certificate for lunch for two, no limit set. They had to think about comping the garlic cheese bread, which was 1/4 eaten. Said it was lunch entree's only (doesnt specify on GC) and wanted to charge me for it. They couldn't find a manager even, but reluctantly accepted my GC . Not the greatest at all! OH and we sat there and chatted for 20 minutes with no service, bill, how was your meal....go to the bingo hall and get yourself a pre-made sandwich and bag of chips...lots better.

We have stayed at Treasure Cove on two occasions. There seems to be a real disconnect between the casino/restaurant and the hotel. The hotel was a great experience, would definitely stay again. The restaurant in the casino was beyond disappointing. The staff made it very clear they had no interest in serving us, none. They stood around chatting amongst each other and we had to get up and request that they serve us. We were treated like we were simply an inconvenience. Icing on the cake? A long hair in my food. The casino staff could take a real lesson in customer service from the hotel staff.

Fun to go there, would be more fun if we won of course but we go with a $ limit in mind and think of it as our entertainment while visiting Prince George.

I stayed at The Treasure Cove over Mother's Day weekend. My husband and I took our parents with us for a lovely weekend getaway and reserved 3 rooms. The hotel was noisy, our room was unclean, the bathroom was not well cleaned, the air conditioner made a racket, and the staff were not helpful at all when we requested another more amenable room. In addition, there was no remote control in our room and because we are in-room movie lovers we called down to the front desk for a remote control to be brought to our room. Needless to say, after several calls to the front desk that night, we did not receive a remote control until the next day when my husband finally attended the front desk (after waiting in a line-up) and got the remote himself. Checking-out was another nightmare experience. The hotel had charged us for 3 nights stay, notwithstanding the fact that we had only stayed for 2 nights. The front desk clerk complained about the hotel's "new computer system" and ultimately he was not able to reverse the additional room charges for us. He assured us he would figure things out later in the day and email us all a copy of our room bills the same day. Needless to say, several days later there were no emails and our credit card overcharges had not been corrected.I sent an email to the hotel manager requesting the room charges be corrected, to be given copies of our room bills, and to voice our concerns with our stay. The response from management was nothing short of unprofessional and sent a strong message to all 3 of our families that the Treasure Cove Hotel does NOT stand for customer service in any way. While we did have the room charges eventually corrected (and we never did receive a copy of our hotel bill), we will NEVER stay at a hotel that holds no value for the guests that attend their establishment. I highly recommend that you stay across the street at The Four Points by Sheraton if you're looking for excellent customer service and an enjoyable hotel stay.

I liked the layout, it's spacious and there is a good variety of games ranging in price. I didn't like that they stop serving food so early as they are located in a hotel and the serve alcohol. Pretty clean with good amount of security.

Much better casino that Kamloops or Quesnel. Same machines that you will see in las vegas but without crowds or hype and you can save the air fares
