Treat yourself and friends to a great game of golf at Pheasant Run. The place is kept immaculate. The art on the Club House walls is a nice touch too.

We attended a wedding on October 4th. Although it was raining and the wedding ceremony was switched to the inside, everything went well. The service was excellent and the meal was much more than I expected. The meal was better than the one I had a week earlier at Credit Valley Golf and Country Club. Would consider using your facilities for future events.

I attended a wedding at Pheasant Run Golf Club and I was impressed by the professional and solid service of the event. Though this review has nothing to do with golf, it offers a look for people who might have a special event and need a venue for their party. The food was delivered very professionally and with an appropriate amount of time for each course. For the most part the quality of the food was excellent. The staff was very friendly and was helpful. They really added to the event. The setting looks classy and has many modern attributes. Pheasant Run is a great setting for a wedding, mind you I have no idea what it cost, but seemingly the golf course provided an ideal venue for this type of function!

Course was in great condition for the price, loved the scenery was shocked that there was such a beautiful golf course so close to the city definitely worth the drive would visit again!

I'm a pretty regular player at Pheasant and played today. It was very disappointing. The greens as in very bad shape and a number are pretty unplayable. We might check back in next spring but not before. They've got a lot of work to do.

Sorry to hear about your disappointment with our greens. The record heat we experienced in July has left a painful recovery for us. The condition afflicting our greens (and those of many other GTA courses) has been described by a University of Guelph agronomist as'turf scald'. In the short term, we will be addressing it with aerification, topdressing and overseeding. Overseeding will be done with improved grass varieties more tolerant of temperature extremes. Mowing heights will be higher than normal to increase plant vitality.To prevent its re-occurrence, our long term strategy will be to open up areas around greens to bring sunlight to the green surface and improve air circulation. Overseeding will become a regular part of our maintenance program, with accompanying fertilizer and chemical treatment to favour the establishment of the improved turf variety. The return to better turf conditions will likely be noticeable within 2 weeks, but the goal of improved growth environments around greens will be achieved on a continuing basis over the next few years.

The staff at this course are very friendly, they provide great service and a great atmosphere. The food is very good as is the scenery. The problem is that the greens are awful, yet they still charge a premium rate.

we booked this venue for our son's wedding... the food was great, they organzed well and accomodated everyone... For an outdoor wedding and semi indoors dinner and dance... it was a very happy occation

I love Pheasant Run. It's scenery and changes in topography make for a attractive and challenging day of golf. The Highlands nine is really, really beautiful. The back-to-back par fives (holes 6 and 7) are great if you can avoid the right side. And the the Midlands nine is very challenging. While holes three and four a pretty straight-forward, holes five through nine are as good a finish as any nine, or eighteen in the GTA!

Nature at it's best! There are three nines, and you may even be lucky enough to make see an actual phesant or two on any of one the three!..............It's a nice frickin' track!..Forget about it..........
