This is a lovely, cosy little bar on a small side street off the riverside and right beside the Royal Palace and the Unesco building. A bit off the beaten track but worth seeking out. Perfect place to watch the locals relaxing in the evenings in the park. A few tables outside and more inside. My favourite bar in Phnom Penh with a great selection of drinks and the French guys who own the place are always very welcoming and pleasant.

Came across this place by accident. With the views and the interesting selection of drinks this place is fantastic for an unwind after work.Also the French guy with the beard is always up for a chat.

Definitely a nice place to hang out. It's quite a pleasant break after a long day!The shade, the drinks and the good company, all in the same place.

Fin bar, masse koselige folk fra hele verden og Jeff er både morsom og en flott vert. God stemning! :) anbefaler alle å dra hit, spesielt mange franske henger her!

Ce petit bar, situe dans la zone du palais Royal est une bonne surprise. La petite terrasse vous offre une vue directe sur le quai et l'entrée du Palais Royal. Très agréable pour boire un verre a deux ...ou plus et profiter de la vue et des illuminations de l'esplanade en soirée.L'intérieur est assez classe, décor soigne, patron sympa, bref un bon endroit pour se détendre.Le bar 'Blue Dragon' est situe entre le quai et le Palais, sur la partie droite de l'esplanade si l'on se place face au Palais depuis le Quai Sisowath.

Un bar agréable aménagé avec goût situé juste à côté du Palais Royal: un cadre à la fois caractéristique de Phnom Penh et d'un calme atypique. La carte est complète avec des vins originaux et des bières belges, les chaleureux propriétaires sauront vous conseiller ce qu'il vous faut.

Un bar de quartier sur la place du palais royal, unique à Phnom Penh... et agréable!Refait récemment avec élégance à l’image des deux propriétaires. A ne pas manqué!
